Custom manufacturing
Since 1993, we have manufactured a broad range of products based on the individual needs and specifications of our customers. We monitor modern trends and focus primarily on the production and processing of sheet metal parts up to the finishing of products, including assembly. Our individual facilities have modern CNC machine tool equipment supplied by TRUMPF to conduct processing, including laser cutting, conventional cutting and bending. Every facility has a dedicated technical control department, storage facilities and assembly shops.
Examples of segments in our custom manufacturing portfolio
- Fireplace programme, where we manufacture and deliver finished products in various types and with subsequent modifications. We manufacture standing fireplaces and fireplace inserts designed to be embedded in masonry structures. Specifically, there are 12 types in four configurations (left, right, fixed, rotatable) and six colour shades
- Industrial exhaust and filtration equipment (approximately 35,000 components, parts and sub-assemblies)
- Printing equipment (approximately 20,000 components for 10 types of machines and finishing lines of various sizes)
- Power equipment – parts and sub-assemblies for generators and backup power supplies (approximately 3,000 components)
- Food industry – parts and sub-assemblies for packaging equipment (approximately 2,000 components)
- Textile industry – parts and sub-assemblies for ironing and steaming equipment (approximately 2,000 components)
- Belt cash boxes for supermarkets and various other retail chains
- Cladding for information kiosks
- Various sub-assemblies for the assembly of devices used to analyse metals
To better meet our customers’ expectations, we have customised configured technical steps in production and product finalisation to ensure the best possible layouts to meet all technological, ergonomic and environmental, and other valid legislative requirements. We are prepared to closely collaborate during construction activities and in prototyping. We hold ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certification.
